Antibacterial Fabric

The material limits the multiplication of bacteria to 99%.The use of the above systems has an antibacterial effect and is recommended, for example, for people prone to atopic dermatitis and when bathing is used by children.

Quality Control
Air Leak Test
Each inflatable spa tub will be tested twice for any possible leakage problem.
First Test
The hot tub will be fully inflated and then put there for 48 hours. If it doesn’t leak, it goes into the second test. If it leaks, it is sent to be repaired.
Second Test
If a spa tub survives the first test, it will be deflated and then inflated again and put there for 12 hours, only those spas which pass the second test are judged as qualified.
Destructive Test
The inflatable spa pool will be put outside under the sun and rain for 3- 18 months, to see if it will be damaged.
The inflatable spa pool will undergo pressure shock test for 7-30 days, a qualified spa pool doesn’t deform or leak within 7 days of shock test (about 10,000 time pressure shocks), a perfect spa pool can endure the test for more than 30 days.
